Job Summary:
We are seeking an associate for the plant clean up position. This position includes a combination of daily cleaning routines, weekly deep cleans, and potentially monthly or quarterly deep cleans for optimal cleanliness and safety. The process involves identifying areas of concern, using appropriate cleaning methods (including specialized techniques like high-pressure water cleaning or dry ice blasting for specific needs), and ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris
Key Responsibilities:
- Asses the area: Identify areas with high traffic, potential hazards, and area that require special attention.
Daily cleaning: Focus on sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning spills. Empty garbage bins regularly.
Weekly deep clean: This may involve machine scrubbing of floors, high-level cleaning (ceilings, vents), and cleaning machinery.
Monthly/Quarterly deep clean: These deeper cleans may involve more extensive cleaning, like sanitation of floors, checking for leaks and mold, and cleaning inventory areas.
Requirements:
18 years or older
High School graduate or equivalent
Reliable transportation
