Hours:<5c pan=""><5c trong=""> Shift is 10:00am-7:00pm. Teller Center operates 7 days per week from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.<5c pan=""> <5c pan=""><5c>\n

The full-time schedule will include weekday and alternating weekend hours up to 40 hours per week.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

Pay Rate: <5c trong="">$19.00\/hr.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

The Teller makes a great first impression on our members. Tellers use technical skills and problem solving to provide members with exceptional service using video via our Interactive Teller Machines. <5c pan=""><5c>\n

As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:<5c><5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • (50%) Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, and cash checks<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

    • (20%) Assist with member concerns or issues in a timely manner by resolving them personally or by referring to branch staff<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

      <5c>\n

        \n
      • (10%) Educate members regarding products and services we offer and recognize opportunities for referrals to branch staff for follow-up<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

        • (10%) Communicate with the management team and present ideas for improving efficiency, increasing revenue, and reducing expenses<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

          • (10%) Make contributions to foster a team environment, strive to meet individual performance metrics, and be aligned with corporate initiatives with a focus on member experience. <5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
