Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative-Receptionist for a successful RETAIL store in High Point.


Temp to hire opportunity
Hours: Tuesday- Saturday 9am-6pm
$14/hr


Duties include:
- Warmly Greet & Welcome: Be the friendly face that welcomes every customer who walks through our doors.
- Phone Proficiency: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Customer Navigation: Escort customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, or Finance departments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Service & Sales Reminders: Proactively send text message reminders for scheduled services, upcoming sales events, and VIP consultations.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, promptly addressing their questions and concerns.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and staff.
- Data Entry: Enter customer information into our database.


Qualifications include:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and texting platforms.
- Reliability and Punctuality: A commitment to being on time and dependable.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
