Job Description
  • Lead the planning and execution of ECU Health Smith Tower clinical and surgical renovations
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change management
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, infection control measures, and safety requirements
  • Work directly with field teams to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare standards
  • Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-risk, highly technical scopes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong background in healthcare construction (operating rooms, clinical spaces preferred)
  • Prior experience as a PM; open to Senior Project Manager level
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Able to manage complex renovation within active medical facilities
  • Strong organizational skills and technical competency

Base salary up to $160,000

  • Vehicle allowance: $650/month
