Job Description
- Lead the field operations of a $60M ground-up K-12 project in Greensboro
- Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing
- Maintain safety, quality control, and schedule performance
- Coordinate closely with the PM team, PX, and VP
- Use ProjectSite (similar to Procore) for documentation and reporting
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and client communication

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 10 years of superintendent experience
- CMaR experience on public projects is required
- Strong technical and technology skills (ProjectSite environment)
- Stable background; no jumpy resumes
- Preference for Top ENR backgrounds (consistent with leadership)
- Cannot recruit from McFarland
- Must embrace a growing-office, all-hands-on-deck culture
