Job Description
  • Lead the field operations of a $60M ground-up K-12 project in Greensboro
  • Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing
  • Maintain safety, quality control, and schedule performance
  • Coordinate closely with the PM team, PX, and VP
  • Use ProjectSite (similar to Procore) for documentation and reporting
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and client communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • 10 years of superintendent experience
  • CMaR experience on public projects is required
  • Strong technical and technology skills (ProjectSite environment)
  • Stable background; no jumpy resumes
  • Preference for Top ENR backgrounds (consistent with leadership)
  • Cannot recruit from McFarland
  • Must embrace a growing-office, all-hands-on-deck culture
