Job Description
  • Manage construction projects across industrial and commercial sectors
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Report into the Project Executive and lead project teams
  • Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or similar) for planning and execution
  • Occasional regional travel (overnight as needed)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A background in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Charlotte, NC.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Senior Project Manager: $145,000 - $180,000
