Assist the Head Track and Field Coach with all aspects of the track and field/cross country program. Summary of Position Responsibilities Direct coaching responsibilities of student athletes, recruiting, team travel, practice strategy, player development, and facility maintenance Prepare the team to be competitive within the affiliated conference with the ultimate goal of making the NCAA postseason. Follow NCAA rules and regulations. Academics – monitor student-athletes ’ academic progress in conjunction with the AAC staff. Minimum Education/ Experience Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience.
