About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to strengthen our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has solid machining skills, and can handle setups, offsets, and programming (preferred).
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare, program, and run CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas background is highly valued).
- Review and interpret part drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
- Perform offsets, tool adjustments, and part inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Keep machines and work areas maintained for safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and correct machining issues to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ CNC machining experience, including setup and programming.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and Haas control systems.
- Ability to read and work from technical prints and schematics.
- Sharp attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Self-driven, problem-solving mindset with strong teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.
