Machine Setup & Operation: Independently set up, calibrate, and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines (specifically Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers) to produce high-precision components.

Programming & Editing: Read, interpret, and modify G-code/M-code programs directly at the machine control panel. You must be able to edit existing programs to optimize cycle times or write basic programs from scratch based on blueprint specifications.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Tooling & Die Changes: Select, install, and align proper cutting tools, fixtures, and forming attachments. Perform tool wear offsets and manual tool changes as required by production runs.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Blueprints & Inspections: Read and interpret complex industrial engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to determine precise machining sequences and dimensions.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Quality Control (QA): Conduct continuous in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges) to ensure finished products match exact dimensional tolerances.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Preventative Maintenance: Maintain equipment in optimal working condition by performing routine daily machine checks, clearing chips, and monitoring fluid/coolant levels to minimize operational downtime.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, shop protocols, and correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization to maintain a zero-incident workspace.
