Regional Sales Manager &- Southeast Region (Remote)

K12 Foodservice | High-Growth Territory | Relationship-Driven Sales Leader

A rapidly growing, nationally recognized food manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager &- Southeast Region to drive growth across a well-established, high-potential territory within the K12 foodservice market.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Build strong partnerships with School Food Service Directors, distributors, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Grow existing business while identifying and developing new opportunities within the K12 foodservice channel
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering customized product solutions and exceptional customer support
  • Manage broker relationships and maintain strong market visibility across the region
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer events, and food service meetings
  • Utilize sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic growth

What We're Looking For:

5 years of food sales / foodservice sales experience

K12 market experience strongly preferred

Proven track record of territory growth and relationship management

Self-starter mentality with strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to influence, problem solve, and build long-term partnerships

Strong organizational and business planning capabilities

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Travel Requirement:

Approximately 60% travel (2&-3 days per week / 25&-30 weeks annually)
