A rapidly growing, nationally recognized food manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager &- Southeast Region to drive growth across a well-established, high-potential territory within the K12 foodservice market.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Build strong partnerships with School Food Service Directors, distributors, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Grow existing business while identifying and developing new opportunities within the K12 foodservice channel
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering customized product solutions and exceptional customer support
- Manage broker relationships and maintain strong market visibility across the region
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer events, and food service meetings
- Utilize sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic growth
What We're Looking For:
5 years of food sales / foodservice sales experience
K12 market experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of territory growth and relationship management
Self-starter mentality with strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence, problem solve, and build long-term partnerships
Strong organizational and business planning capabilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Travel Requirement:
Approximately 60% travel (2&-3 days per week / 25&-30 weeks annually)
