| Primary Purpose of Department | The primary purpose of the Performance & Analytics unit is to enhance operational performance within Facilities Management by integrating quality assurance, data analysis, and process improvement into a unified, closed-loop system. The unit systematically captures and analyzes performance data, transforming field observations into actionable insights that identify trends, risks, and high-impact opportunities. Functioning as a performance engine for the organization, the unit leads targeted, data-driven improvement initiatives that proactively address issues, optimize processes, and reduce operational inefficiencies. Through a continuous feedback approach, the unit ensures that solutions are effectively implemented, measured, and sustained. This function serves as a central driver of consistency, efficiency, and informed decision-making, strengthening overall operational effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. |

The role independently analyzes complex information, identifies trends and issues, and translates findings into clear, actionable recommendations supported by effective visualizations that help leadership quickly understand performance patterns, prioritize work, and improve service delivery. In addition, the position supports the maintenance and ongoing development of Analytics web content, ensuring information is current, accessible, and consistently aligned with organizational needs. |

This position serves as an analytical partner within Facilities Management, using data, visualization tools, quality insights, and process evaluation to improve how operations perform. Summary of Position Responsibilities Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across Facilities Management. Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.p Integrate analytics with quality review findings and process improvement initiatives. Evaluate work management data (e.g., backlog, response times, labor utilization) to assess service delivery performance. Support strategic and operational planning through data analysis and scenario evaluation.n Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and resolving data integrity issues. Prepare reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders. Serve as a consultative partner to operational units in interpreting performance data. Support performance monitoring activities, including data collection, validation, and reporting processes. Minimum Education/ Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operational performance evaluation Experience interpreting data and providing insights to support decision-making Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, or similar service environments Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools; working knowledge of Smartsheet preferred Experience supporting quality, compliance, or process improvement initiatives Familiarity with work management or CMMS systems Necessary Certifications/ Licenses Preferred Certifications/ Licenses Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) Tableau Desktop Specialist or similar data visualization certification
