Inventory Specialist – Warehouse
Hours - Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Location - South Charlotte
Pay: $16.00/hr
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality. Bilingual is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves according to order requirements
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Verify order accuracy and update inventory records
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual is preferred
- Basic Computer Experience
