Job Description: The Charlotte Knights, AAA affiliate of the Chicago White Sox are seeking qualified and motivated applicants for their 2025 Graphic Design Associates. These are hourly positions which are limited to no more than 39 hours per week, plus a game fee for Charlotte Knights and College games. The position runs from February 18, 2025 through September 30, 2025. Applicants should be able to work well with others. Applicants are required to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, work nights and weekends, and potentially work in adverse weather situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work 90% of Charlotte Knights and College Baseball Games.
  • Create Headshots, Scoreboards, Starting Lineups, Marketing Material, Sponsored Assets, Social Media Material and more.
  • Working games can include, but is not limited to, Building Cameras, Technical Director, Replay Operator, and Broadcast Camera Operator.
  • Help with other Game and Graphic Design assets as assigned.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Produce creative material efficiently and with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Animation and Motion Graphics experience is a plus
  • Create Highlight reels, social media videos, crowd prompts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback from others
  • Ability to be collaborate with other designers as well as the other associates
