The Role

\n\n

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of multi-axis machines to produce high-precision components. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes (Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak controls).

  • \n\t

    Precision Measurement: Perform first-piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure tolerances within ±.0005.

  • \n\t

    Tooling: Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments to maintain production quality.

  • \n\t

    Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications.
