Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily Maintenance: Assist with all aspects of garden care, including planting, mowing, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management (integrated pest management/pesticide application).
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on golf carts, tools, and equipment.
  • Facilities & Hardscaping: Build and maintain garden infrastructure, including paths, trails, fencing, bridges, and basic electrical or irrigation systems.
  • Labor: Comfortably perform heavy manual labor (lifting 40 lbs) and outdoor tasks in extreme weather conditions.
  • Weekend work: Some weekend watering and event participation is required.
