We are looking to identify an Attorney (2 Years) to join our client’s established community association (HOA) practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney seeking a structured, high-volume practice with consistent workflow, hands-on responsibility, and long-term stability.


Position: HOA / Community Association Attorney (2 Years)

About the Role

This role focuses on representing homeowners’ and community associations in matters involving collections, lien enforcement, and compliance/governance issues. Attorneys will manage a steady, deadline-driven caseload and develop practical experience in a niche practice area with strong long-term demand.

This position is well-suited for attorneys who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a process-driven, high-volume environment.


Responsibilities

  • Handle collections matters and lien enforcement for community associations
  • Manage a high-volume, deadline-driven caseload with efficiency and accuracy
  • Draft and review notices, correspondence, and enforcement documents
  • Support associations with governance, compliance, and enforcement matters
  • Communicate directly with HOA boards, property managers, and clients
  • Assist with related legal matters tied to association operations and compliance

Qualifications

  • 2 years of legal experience (litigation, collections, real estate, or creditor rights preferred)
  • Ability to manage a structured, high-volume workload
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in community association / HOA work
  • North Carolina Bar admission required
